Vintage copper laundry tub on original stand
$299
A very exciting and rare find! This antique copper laundry tub comes with an original iron stand.
The interior of the tub has hammered coins reflective of repairs throughout it's years functioning as a wash tub. The copper was exposed to heat, which eventually would cause cracks and leaks to occur. Hammering coins into the base was a common repair method.
The tub is watertight.
The tub has a diameter of 53cm, a height of 72cm WITH the stand. The internal height of the copper tub is 35cm.
