• By placing an order with Big Daisy, you are agreeing to our Terms of Trade. These terms are subject to change at any time. If the terms are amended they will be effective immediately.


    • Prices are subject to change. Where applicable, all prices displayed on our wholesale website include Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST). Product prices displayed on this wholesale website are unit prices. All items are sold separately – unless otherwise specified.
    • Ribbon has a flat rate freight fee of $12.50 
    • Freight charges apply to most other wholesale orders of Big Daisy products (any that exceed $12 50, this comes down to order size and delivery locatio). This is quoted after you order dependant on the size of your order. If you do not accept your quote, your order can be cancelled and refunded in full (no hard feelings! We get it)
    • We do not seek or gain profit from your order handling and freight charges. All charges in regards to shipping, order processing and handling are intended to cover the cost of fulfilling and delivering your order. Big Daisy continuously reviews the practices on how these costs can be kept to a minimum. We use private drivers whenever possible, this can take a while to source but means your order arrives safely. So please be patient. 


    • NO MOQ on ribbons, paper, stationary items
    • NO MOQ on trade orders 
    • Wholesale customers have an opening order MOQ of $1500  (again, not applicable to stationary items listed above)
    • Re-order MOQ of $500
    • Orders that do not meet the MOQ will be offered trade pricing of 30% off 
    • Where products are in sets, wholesalers may be required to purchase the full set to obtain the wholesale discount. In this instance you will notice that pricing will not reflect a wholesale discount when individual sizing is 'added to cart'. If you wish to order individual sizing, you can do so, however the discount is reduced to 30% (again, trade discount). Please email us to arrange this and we can process your order manually. 
    • Accounts who do not order within 6 months will have their wholesale discount revoked to allow other businesses the opportunity to stock the range.


    Our website charges a flat rate shipping of $12.50 at checkout, please note, this only applies to our stationary and smaller items. Obviously large and awkward items, and palletised freight, is going to cost more than $12.50. We use private drivers and freight companies ONLY so that your product is cared for. As soon as we have a promising freight quote from one of our trusted drivers we will send you an amended invoice inclusive of freight. You are welcome to accept or decline this quote, we understand that freight is expensive and have no problem cancelling/refunding an order if it does exceed the cost you were expecting. We are also happy to assist you in amending your order to reduce freight. This will not affect your account with us! We know the stresses of freight and are here to work with you 🩷
    • A flat rate postage fee of $12.50 applies to all Ribbon orders.
    • For Wholesale orders containing Bulky products (anything other than ribbon), Freight is calculated and invoiced separately. Due to the irregular size, weight and shape of some of our products, freight will be calculated based on your specific order. Orders will be dispatched only once the final freight fee has been settled.
    • If a customer would like to pay an additional fee to insure their stock during transit, please contact our staff. This is highly recommended due to the fragile nature of our products and the 'not so' gentle nature of freight companies
    • Any damages must be claimed within 5 days STRICTLY and must include clear imagery. We will determine the compensation ammount dependant on the damage. If the damage does not affect the functionality of the product we will determine the price it can be onsold at (e.g. a small chip on a pot may incur a 20% credit, and the item can be onsold at a 20% discount) 
    • If you place an order that contains both backorder and in-stock items, the order will be automatically split to ship in-stock items immediately. Products not available will be placed on backorder and dispatched once back in stock. 
    • If you wish to use your own freight company, vehicle or other, please contact us prior to placing your order
    • Our team obtain quotes from multiple providers to find the safest and most cost effective solution 
    • Pick up is available from our warehouse in Ombersley (40mins from geelong), please email us to arrange this 

    Applications of interest to ship internationally can be directed to us prior to placing an order. Applications will be considered on a case by case basis. International freight at this time will be arranged by and paid for solely at the purchaser’s cost and risk.


    • Big Daisy dispatches Monday-Friday
    • We try to dispatch your order as soon as possible. In-stock items will usually dispatch within 14 business days. You will be notified directly if your whole stock quantity is not available. 


      • Big Daisy requires full payment prior to delivery, we have not yet established accounts however plan to at some point
      • We are happy to hold stock for up to 3 months whilst payment is settled, please advise us if you require this service so that we are able to arrange storage


      • Big Daisy endeavours to source and supply stock of the highest possible quality and durability. 
      • Please be aware that some items that are coloured, will experience fading over time. This fading process will be accelerated if an item is exposed heat, direct light or located in a High UV position. Those Australian rays ☀️
      • Some of our products are designed for indoor use only, please ensure this is noted when reading our product descriptions. 


        • Please email within 5 days of receiving of stock to report any issues, clear imagery must be supplied of damaged packing and products.
        • Each case will be considered and resolved individually, no compensation will be provided for damages or faults incurred post delivery.
        • Non-delivery must be reported immediately.
        • All orders are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded once the invoice has been paid. We do not accept the return of unsold goods or change of mind.
        • A refund or credit will not be considered for any items that have been on-sold to a third-party. 
        • In the case of items that are broken during transit, if the customer requires replacement items, the freight of those items will be at the customers cost. 
        • Most of our products are handmade or naturally formed, therefore some variation between the same product can occur. By acknowledging this you are accepting that there will be some variances in some product ranges


        • All goods supplied remain the property of Big Daisy until payment is made in full. If we have your credit card details on file, we reserve the right to automatically charge your card the overdue amount. Any accounts that are outstanding for over 60 days may be passed on to debt collection and any fees involved in recovering the debt will be paid by the stockist.

        EXCLUSIVITY – Applies to selected products

        • Big Daisy reserves the right to approve or decline any wholesale applications. This is at Big Daisy’s discretion. Big Daisy will determine exclusivity zone, again, at our discretion. 
        • We aim to have a personal approach with our customers and growing our brand, however, opening a Big Daisy wholesale account does not automatically guarantee exclusivity in your Postcode area. Please do not contact us if you have an issue with another store stocking our products, Big Daisy does not tolerate ‘store politics.’
        • It is the stockist’s responsibility to notify Big Daisy of all physical store locations, any changes to store address or new store openings. This may impact on your eligibility to stock and/or continue to stock Big Daisy product. This will also assist the Big Daisy team in considering future wholesale applications in that proximity.
